Refund policy
It is possible that the product does not meet your expectations. You can return your purchase within 14 working days. We reimburse the full purchase amount. A few rules:
- Contact us via Retour [AT] Westermanbags.com before sending something back. (We would like to hear the reason for return - not mandatory)
- The cover or bag is unused and undamaged.
- Send back in solid or original packaging.
- The costs for returning are not reimbursed
- Send back to your own risk
Custom orders and items with initials are final and cannot be returned.
After receiving the cover or bag in its original state, you will be notified by email and the purchase amount will be refunded.
Exchange
You can exchange items by returning the item (s) to be replaced and then placing a new order on the website. If you place a new order to replace an item, keep in mind that you have to pay the new order in advance or receive a separate account again. Unfortunately we cannot settle the orders with each other.
We adhere to the "distance buy" law. We also like to keep the number of returns as low as possible. That is why we appreciate it if you check the size of your cover well in advance! For questions - Send an email or app.
